Little Rock is the capital and most populous city of the U.S. state of Arkansas. The city's population was 204,405 in 2022, according to the United States Census Bureau. As the county seat of Pulaski County, the city was incorporated on November 7, 1831, on the south bank of the Arkansas River close to the state's geographic center. The city derived its name from a rock formation along the river, named the "Little Rock" (French: Le Petit Rocher) by the French explorer Jean-Baptiste Bénard de la Harpe in 1722. The capital of the Arkansas Territory was moved to Little Rock from Arkansas Post in 1821.

Very professional and helpful! Their assessments and resources are so insightful and Marc is such a personable and helpful consultant. Well worth the investment for career insights and for giving kids a great headstart in life. I would definitely recommend!
Taking the leadership aptitude test with Marc from Odyssey College Prep was a highly valuable experience. While the results of the assessment were interesting on their own, the followup consultation with Marc was phenomenal. His analysis shed light on how to best apply my natural strengths, and also offered insight about how those same strengths could end up limiting my leadership potential unless I develop a greater awareness of how I interact with and impact others on my team. I feel I now better understand myself and have a clear path forward for improvement. Thank you.
Mr. Marc Gray was very informative and friendly. He definitely knows how to communicate well with teenagers. My husband and I were really impressed with the amount of information he shared with us regarding the Highland test! Our teenage daughter was very excited to explore those results on her own as well. It seems like she gained a better sense of herself and through the process, buoyed her confidence. It was a great experience!
