Malden is a city in Middlesex County, Massachusetts, United States. At the time of the 2020 U.S. Census, the population was 66,263 people. == History == Malden is a hilly woodland area north of the Mystic River that was settled by Puritans in 1640 on land purchased in 1629 from the Pennacook tribe, with a further grant in 1639 by the Squaw Sachem of Mistick and her husband Webcowet. The area was originally called the "Mistick Side" and was a part of Charlestown. It was incorporated as a separate town in 1649 under the name "Mauldon".

Kitchen Remodel & Laminate Hardwood Installation
Anderson from Master Builders was very responsive, friendly, and and his crew did quick work installing marble tile in our kitchen, which was originally laminate hardwood. During his initial visit, he carefully explained everything, our options, and provided a detailed quote. Although it was a relatively small job, we would definitely use and recommend Anderson for future projects!
Master Builders/ Anderson rebuilt our front porch from ground to connect it to a room to make the room bigger and also completed all exterior works left by our previous contractor included installing gutter, sliding in the house. Anderson and his team are very professional and courteous. He was always available to discuss any details about the project, explained in details and answered all our questions and made appropriate recommendations. Anderson completed the work in time frame mentioned in his estimate. Anderson is someone you can trust to get the job done. It was a great experience to hire him for our project and we would definitely recommend him.
